Benefit Plan Information Table

The Benefit Code Table only has one field for a website address or link to a web page.

Define additional hyperlinks to online benefit plan information on the Benefit Plan Information table. During a self-service benefit enrollment, the active Benefit Plan Information records provide "more information" links for the selected benefit code.

While the Benefit Plan Information Table is used to define additional links and links that may only be available through the enrollment process, the ESS HREF on an active benefit code displays on the self-service Benefit Links page for all employees and on the Current Plans page for employees with that plan.

When setting up benefit plan information records:

• Know the website or web page addresses per benefit code.

• Have whatever text you would like to include in the "More Information" popup ready to copy and paste.

Fields on the Benefit Plan Information Table

• Code. Select a Benefit Code. On this table, the same Code may be selected for more than one record.
• Active? Select the Active checkbox selected to make this link available through employee self service.
• Description. Enter a description of the plan. The description should be unique.
• URL. Enter the website, such as the following:
