Termination Codes Table

Fields on the Termination Codes Table

Code. Enter a Code, of ten characters or less with no spaces or special characters.
Description. Enter a brief Description.

Active? An active code has the Active checkbox selected, making the code available and keeping the code in effect as a valid choice.
Rehirable? If a termination code is for employees who are rehirable, select the Rehirable checkbox. Typically, this indicator is selected for most termination codes other than those for the deceased.
Deceased? If a termination code is for employees who have died, select the deceased checkbox.
