Validation Workflow

The Validation Workflow tab provides a visual workflow for validation table maintenance.

To open the validation workflow, click on the Validation tab $image\employee_map_icon.jpg$ on the sidebar. Click on an item to open its screen or process.

Location opens the Location Codes Table.
Departments opens the Department Codes Table.
Tier 3 opens the Tier 3 Code Table.
Labor 1 opens the Labor Segment 1 Codes Table.
Labor 2 opens the Labor Segment 2 Codes Table.
Labor 3 opens the Labor Segment 3 Codes Table.
Labor 4 opens the Labor Segment 4 Codes Table.
GL Accounts opens the GL Account Codes Table for defining general ledger account setup.
Jobs opens the Job Codes Table for defining jobs.
Supervisors opens the Supervisor Codes Table for defining supervisors and managers.
Mail Distribution opens the Mail Codes Table for defining mail slots and paycheck sorting.
Pay Form Messages opens the Payment Form Messages Table for defining messages to print on pay checks and direct deposit advices.
Announcements opens the Company Announcements editor.
Jobs opens the Job Codes Table for defining jobs.
Document Management opens Company Documents. The authorization to add or delete company documents is based on a setting on the ESS PIN Detail.
Notification Templates opens Notification Templates, which is used to define automatic system messages.
