Print the Year-End W-2 Employer Copy Forms (P), PAY00712P, on blank stock. Copy D is for the employer’s records. Four Copy D's print per page on the W-2 Employer Copy forms. The system uses the Employer W2 form approved by the IRS with four horizontal W2s (two fold) on a page.
The W-2 forms themselves cannot be edited. Anytime that you change information that affects the W-2 and need to update the W-2, reprocess the client W-2 information from the Enterprise Manager program.
Tip: When you print W-2s, also print the 1099-MISC forms.
