The Year-End 1099-MISC IRS Copy Forms (P), PAY00713P-A, should be printed on blank stock for 1099-MISC.
The 1099-MISC forms themselves cannot be edited. Anytime that you change information that affects the 1099 forms, re-process the taxes from the Enterprise Manager program to update the forms.
