Print the Year-End W-2 State Copy Forms (P), PAY00720P, on blank stock (bi-fold). Two state copies are generated per page.
The system uses the W2 Form approved by the IRS with four horizontal copies on one page per employee. Copy B is the employee’s copy to be filed with their Federal tax return. Copy C is the employee’s copy to retain for their personal tax files. There will be two Copy 2’s to be filed with the employee’s State and City/Local Income Tax Return.
The W-2 forms themselves cannot be edited. Anytime that you change information that affects the W-2 and need to update the W-2, reprocess the client W-2 information from the Enterprise Manager program.
Tip: When you print W2s, also print the 1099-MISC forms.
