Employee I-9 Report

The Employee I-9 Exception Report, PER00053, displays distribution code, employee number, employee name, supervisor, and work phone.

The PER00053 reports on those active employees who have a record on the Employee I-9 Detail yet have no option selected in the "Citizenship Information" section on the Employee I-9 record for any of the following:

Where the lower half of the screen data for I-9 is completed, but the option for status is not selected, then the system considers this an I-9 exception for the PER00053. If a user starts to add I-9 data and misses the radio button, the employee appears on the exception report.

Because the option button for status is automatically selected when a new record is added, there may be no records listed on this report. Expired I-9 information does not display on the exception report. Also, if no I-9 information detail is added, then the employee is not on the report.
