The Position Summary report, PER00080, summarizes position information, includes budgeted and actual information, and lists any active requisitions for filling the position.
Information is supplied by active and inactive Position codes, Company codes, Job codes, Salary Grade codes, and active Requisition codes.
Filtering options include:
Active and inactive Position codes are included in the report, but only Position codes with the Active checkbox selected are listed as Position filters. Other filtering selections also are based on codes having the Active checkbox selected.
Sorting is by company (page break before company), then by Position code, Job code, Labor Segment 1, and Labor Segment 2. Each active requisition is sorted in descending order by opened date and then by Requisition code to show current active requisitions first.
