The Position Detail report, PER00081, summarizes position and budgeting information and lists current and historical incumbent information.
Compared to the Position Summary report, PER00080, the PER00081 provides the same information and then adds information for current incumbents.
Information is supplied by active and inactive Position codes, Company codes, Job codes, Salary Grade codes, and Requisition codes. Employee information is from Employee Position Details and the Employee Master.
Filtering options include:
Sorting is by company (page break before company), then by Position code, Job code, Labor Segment 1 and Labor Segment 2. For Requisitions, each requisition is sorted in descending order by opened date and then by requisition code.
Any applicable Employee Security Group filters per employee information. The summary code-level information found on this report displays for all users that have access to this report.
