The Position Activity report, PER00082, lists current and historical incumbent information for the position and the incumbent's job, summarizes position information, includes budgeted and actual information, and lists any active requisitions for filling the position.
Information is supplied by active and inactive Position codes, Company codes, Job codes, Salary Grade codes, and active Requisition codes. Employee information is from Employee Position Details and the Employee Master. Only active employees are included.
Filtering options include:
Active and inactive Position codes are included in the report, but only Position codes with the Active checkbox selected are listed as Position filters for this report. Other filtering selections also are based on codes having the Active checkbox selected.
Sorting is by company (page break before company), then by Position code, Job code, Labor Segment 1, and Labor Segment 2. Employee information is sorted by employee position end date then begin date and name. Each active requisition is sorted in descending order by opened date and then by Requisition code to show current active requisitions first.
