The Employee Positions report, PER00083, depicts active employee position information for Locations and Departments with totals by Department and Location.
Information is supplied by current employee assignment and position detail information, compensation information, organization tab information, Company codes, Position codes, Job codes, and Salary Grade codes.
Filtering options include:
Sorting is by employee record, by company, Location (page break), Department, Position Code, then employee name (Last, First, Middle). For Requisitions, each requisition is sorted in descending order by opened date and then by requisition code.
Any applicable Employee Security Group filters per employee information. The summary code-level information found on this report displays for all users that have access to this report.
