Add a row of paid time-off earnings during Pay Entry to pay an employee for paid-time off.

Pre-conditions:  Navigate to the detailed payroll entry screen, select a payroll calendar that is un-posted and is not in gross-to-net status. Select the employee.

Results:  When an Earnings Code paid to an employee has an Attendance Code, final payroll posting creates an absence record for the employee's paid time-off on the Employee Attendance Detail.The absence record can be edited on the Employee Attendance Detail to provide additional reporting information.
