Troubleshooter: "I just added that code. Where is it?"
If you have difficulty viewing the most up-to-date version of a selection list, after you add or edit a code, click on the Refresh button. Remember, a code that is not marked Active doesn't display for selection from a drop-down list.
"Missing" Codes
Once a code is removed from a table, the deleted code cannot be recalled. However, the same code may be re-added as a new code Select the required screen and code. Reconsider deleting the code. It may be advisable to deactivate the code instead of deleting it.
