Fields on the Employee Awards Detail

• Employee Number.  The employee for whom the award information is recorded.

Award Information

• Award Code.  Select the Award Code from the drop-down list of available codes. The Award Codes Table generates the Award Code field's selection list. Where all the fields on the Award Codes Table are completed on the selected Award Code, selecting the Award Code on the Employee Awards Detail populates the Award Name, Job Recognition indicator, Award Type, Value, Presenter, and Sponsor. These entries may be edited.
• Award Date.  The date that the award is received or announced.
• Award Name.  The name of the award, such as the Davis Community Service Award.
• Job Recognition.  For an award related to job performance, such as a customer service award, select the Job Recognition checkbox.
• Award Type.  The Award Type classifies this award for grouping and reporting purposes. The Award Type Codes Table generates the selection list for Award Type.
• Value.  Enter the monetary Value of the award, such as any additional pay amount for information only or for paying for an award such as a plaque.
• Presenter.  Enterthe presenter's name or the announcer's name if no one presented the award.
