Date Range Report Filters

From the Report Navigator, many reports can be filtered by date range. Any range can be entered as a "Custom Date" filter, or current year and quarter of the current year options are available.

For payroll reports, the system compares the selected Date Range to the payroll check dates to determine which records to include.

Options

When filtering a Date Range report from the Report Navigator, select the date range on the Date Range Selection tab.

• Do not Filter.  The Do Not Filter option includes all records or only today's records.
• Custom Filter.  The Custom Filter option activates the Begin and End date fields, allowing entry of any begin date and end date in MM/DD/YYYY format.
• Qtr 1.  The Qtr 1 option includes all records between 01/01 and 03/31 of the current year.
• Qtr 2.  The Qtr 2 option includes all records between 04/01 and 06/30 of the current year.
• Qtr 3.  The Qtr 3 option includes all of the records between 07/01 and 09/30 of the current year.
• Qtr 4.  The Qtr 4 option includes all of the records between 10/01 and 12/31 of the current year.
• Year.  The Year option includes all of the records between 01/01 and 12/31 of the current year.

Click on the Run Report button to produce the report.
