Certifications display with the following columns: Type, Renews Every, Agency Issued, and Expires.
Many times an employee acquires certifications as part of career development. These certifications can be tracked on the Employee Certifications/Licenses Detail screen and used by HR to search out employees that have obtained a specific certification or by managers to aid in the review process.
