Pay Run Workflow

Details

The Pay Run Workflow tab provides a visual workflow map for pay run processing and reporting.

To open the Pay Run workflow, click on the Pay Run tab on the sidebar.

Click on a workflow item to open its screen, process, or report.

• Create Auto Pays opens the Create Auto Pays Wizard to allow you to copy the previous payroll's time and pay entry information or to create auto payments based on employee and batch auto pay records that are defined in the system.
• Import Time opens the time import utility to allow you to upload a .txt file of time import information.
• Import Log opens the Time Import Activity and Exception Report, named TIMEIMPORT.
• Payroll Entry opens the detailed pay entry tool.
• Pay Grid Entry opens the batch pay entry grid.
• Payroll Wizard opens the Payroll Wizard so that you can process a current payroll calendar.
• Pay Verification takes you to the payroll verification report, named PAY00025.
• Manual Checks takes you to the pay run manual checks report, named PAY00042.
