Time Import
Details
The time import screen enables importing time entry data
for a payroll into the system.
Verify three things before importing time:
- Verify the time
import file's file type. Any ".txt"
file that meets the file specifications can be imported through the online
time import.
- Verify the time
import file's structure and formatting.
- Verify that the
Pay Codes have been mapped to Earnings Codes and any deductions have been
mapped (if necessary).
Note: Files
imported from other time systems must be formatted according to an accepted
time import file structure and saved as fixed-length ASCII files.
