DetailsEach group of unionized employees typically belongs to a bargain unit. A bargain unit has a specific name, specific grievance procedure, and a union contact. Use the Bargain Unit codes to record and characterize these affiliations.
On the Assignment tab within the Employee Master, the Bargain Unit Codes Table provides the selections for the Bargain Unit Code field.
Union information and assignments provide data for Union EEO-3 reporting.
An organization can define all unions represented within the organization by adding additional Bargain Unit code records and Union Code records as needed.
