DetailsCompany announcements display blog-style news briefs on the self-service home page. An announcement can be a few brief lines of text, may have a supporting page, and may have an image to support it.
On the home page, all announcements display unless the announcement has an end date of today or before today. The begin date entered for the announcement displays as (1) the date calendar icon for the announcement and (2) the posted date for the announcement.

The begin date for the announcement displays as its date on its date-icon and as its posted date.
Announcements are controlled by the Company Announcements table. A rich-text editor is available to define the body of the announcement and to link to web graphics.
Open the Company Announcements screen from the company validation tables. Where this screen is unavailable, company announcements cannot be modified.
