DetailsThe Employee Evaluations Detail provides an overview of past evaluative reviews, and lets new reviews be recorded with the reviewer's promotion and salary recommendations.
Recommendations do not go into effect until the information is recorded on the employee's Master record (can be through the Employee Salary Review Detail and salary update batch processing on or after the effective date.)
For a quick look at an employee's competencies, click on the Competency Detail… button on the Employee Review Detail.
Each employee's annual performance review can be recorded on an Employee Performance Review Detail record.
