Time Master
Details
The Employee Time Master provides streamlined
employee master information and settings for self-service weekly timesheets.
The Time Master opens to the Master tab
and has the following tabs: Master, Payroll, Attendance,
Organization, and Browse.
- Edit.
To edit,
click on the appropriate tab, and then click on the Edit
icon.
- Employee
Master Record Number. On
the first tab, a field called the Employee
Master Record Number is found next to the Social Security Number.
This field allows the same individual to be hired with different W-2 types
or Company Codes and the same Social Security Number in the system, to
be "multiple employees."
- Attachments.
The Time
Master features the Attachment
icon to allow attaching a file or document to the Time Master record.
(This differs from any attachments that have been attached to the Employee
Master.)
