Up-to-date, accurately maintained employee data allows accurate HR, benefit, and payroll processing and reporting: taxes, benefits, deductions, earnings, and paychecks.

Prepare new hires for payroll by completing the New Hire Wizard and applicable employee payroll details.

Maintain records for existing employees as needed. Some changes involve more than one screen. An Employee Maintenance Wizard is available to streamline assignment changes, compensation changes, and state and local tax changes. An Employee Company Transfer Wizard is available to transfer an employee from one company to another.

Add, Navigate, Edit, Terminate, or Delete

Regardless of what role you log in under, if you can access the appropriate screen and can add and edit, then you can record the necessary changes to maintain employee data. Unless a change is pending or pending an update batch, such as a salary change, changes are immediately applied throughout the system.
