Company Organization Chart

An online organizational chart is available to certain roles.

The structure of the chart is based on employees' assigned supervisors on the Assignment tab of the Employee Master. Access to view an employee on the chart is limited by the list of employees that you are permitted to view.

NAVIGATION:  Company > Company Org Chart  (typical navigation sequence)

• Where shown, click on an upward arrow to move up a level.
• To zoom in on a level, click on the hyperlink for the leader of that organization unit.
• To choose a particular employee, you can choose that employee from the employee selection list on the upper navigation bar.
• Hover your cursor over an employee on the chart to view the employee's location, department, and tier 3 assignment.

Access to view an employee on the chart is limited by the list of employees that you are permitted to view.

Employee photographs seen in the chart are images attached to Employee HR Master records that have the name "photo" as the attachment name. See "Demographic Employee Photo."

To identify a supervisor, the Supervisor Code displays under the employee name for anyone who is defined as being a supervisor on the Supervisor Codes Table, whether or not that individual has any employees who report to him or her.
