Print the Year-End W-2 Employer Copy Forms, PAY00712, on pre-printed W-2 stock. There will be four employer copies per page on the W-2 Employer Copy forms. The system uses the W2 Form approved by the IRS with four horizontal copies (two fold) on one page per employee
The W-2 forms themselves cannot be edited. Anytime that you change information that affects the W-2 and need to update the W-2, reprocess the client W-2 information from the Enterprise Manager program.
Tip: When you print W-2s, also print the 1099-MISC forms.
