All reporting is real-time. The system is pre-packaged with hundreds of reports that can be used for analysis, decision-making, and financial management.
Reports can be generated to PDF and other standard formats, including Microsoft® Excel®. Standard reports are available through the Report Navigator. Online ad-hoc reporting is available through Ad Hoc Query.
Open the Report Navigator from the Reporting menu by clicking on the Report Navigator option.
Terminology
When you learn how standard reports are titled, the title of each report explains the type of report and its subject. For instance, each "detail" report contains employee data, while "summary" reports do not contain employee data.
Reports with the word "codes" in the title group the information according to code. Reports without the word "code" do not group information by code.
Note the difference between the names of reports in the Validation Tables report category as opposed to the names of other "codes" reports.
In the Personnel report category, the reports that group employee information by code have titles that include the words "Employee" and "Codes."
However, in the Validation Tables report category, each report provides data on a specific codes table and its codes; therefore, these titles simply include the name of the validation table and the word "Codes."
