For data entry, screens have a toolbar, buttons, and keyboard shortcuts. Use icons on the toolbar or their shortcut (function) keys for tasks including adding, editing, and saving records. To see a tool tip that includes any keyboard shortcut, move your cursor slowly over the icon or button.
The previous button works after the first record, and the next button works on records prior to the last record.
