Employee Evaluations

Details

The Employee Evaluations Detail provides an overview of past evaluative reviews, and lets new reviews be recorded with the reviewer's promotion and salary recommendations.

Recommendations do not go into effect until the information is recorded on the employee's Master record (can be through the Employee Salary Review Detail and salary update batch processing on or after the effective date.)  

For a quick look at an employee's competencies, click on the Competency Detail… button on the Employee Review Detail.

Performance Reviews

The Employee Information profile provides a list of the employee's evaluations through a Performance Review section.

Summary of Performance Reviews

Click on an Edit link or the plus button to open the Employee Performance Review [Evaluation] Detail.

• Review Date. The date that the review took place.
• Effective Date.  The effective begin date for the salary change information. An effective date in or before a pay period applies to time entered that pay period after the new pay amounts are applied.  
• Review Type Descr.  The Salary Review Type identifies the type of review or reason for the review.
• Reviewed By.  The supervisor code of the reviewer.
• Job Cd.  The job code.
• Position Cd.  The position code.
• Next Review. The next scheduled review for this employee.

Business Scenario

Each employee's annual performance review can be recorded on an Employee Performance Review Detail record.
