Employee Search Window's Simple Tab

For a list of all employees, leave the search fields blank, and then click on Search!

First Name (optional). Enter all or part of the employee's first name, even if it is only one or two letters.
Last Name (optional). Enter all or part of the employee's last name, even if it is only one or two letters.
Social Security (optional). Enter all or part of the employee's Social Security number.
Employee Number (optional). Enter all or part of the employee's Employee Number.
Company (optional). Select the company code.
Pay Group (optional). Select the pay group code.
Show Terminated Employees? To include terminated employees in the search, mark the Show Terminated EE's checkbox.
Search! To submit the search, click on the Search! button.

Employee Search Window's Advanced Tab

Condition 1, Condition 2, Condition 3, Condition 4, Condition 5, and Condition 6. Condition 1 is displayed by default. After you complete a condition, click on the next condition number to define an additional condition.
Condition Logic. Choose And or Or. The ‘Or’ condition expands your search, while the ‘And’ condition limits your search by the defined criteria.
Table. Choose the table. Available conditions are field values for the following system tables:
PER_AUTOPAYS, Employee Auto Pay Detail
PER_BENEFITS, Employee Benefits Detail
PAY_DEDUCTIONS, Employee Deductions Detail
PAY_EARNINGS, Employee Earnings Detail
PAY_GUARANTEEPAYS, Employee Guarantee Pay Detail
PAY_NETPAY, Employee Net Pay Detail
PAY_PAYRATES, Employee Pay Rates
PAY_EMPLOYEEINFO, Employee Pay Information
PER_SALARY, Employee Salary Detail
PAY_TAXES, Employee Tax Detail
Field. The available field selections are determined by the selected table.
Operator. The operator determines how the search criteria is evaluated: =, <>, >, <, >=, <=, Begins, Ends, or Contains.

Operators

Value. The entered value determines what is searched for.
Ellipses button. To toggle the Value field between a text field and a drop-down list, click on the ellipses button
Search! To submit the search, click on the button for Search!
