The Year-End 1099-MISC State Copy 1 Forms (P), PAY00713P-1, should be printed on blank stock for 1099-MISC.
The 1099-MISC forms themselves cannot be edited. Anytime that you change information that affects the 1099 forms, re-process the taxes from the Enterprise Manager program to update the forms.
Tip: When you print 1099-MISC forms, also print the W-2s forms.
