The payroll spreadsheet preferences identify the payroll calendar you are ready to use. In addition, the preferences define various defaults, prompts, and minimum wage makeup settings.
To enhance pay entry accuracy, define your default preferences for this pay entry session. Your pay entry Preferences affect only your pay entry. Entry defaults are applied to a row when you click on the default button.
To open the Preferences, click on the Preferences icon found under the earnings section of Payroll Entry.
