Candidate Tests

Details

Tests for an applicant are tests related to the application or job.

Log the test identification, test date, results, the name of the person who can serve as a reference (such as a test administrator, facilitator, or verifier), and any comments.

If tests facilitate the recruitment process, record tests scheduled and test results. Create a separate applicant test record for each relevant test. The Candidate Profile provides a list of the applicant's recorded tests.

If there are no education records for this individual, the following text displays: "You have no testing information defined." A plus button is available to add a testing record.

Test records display the following columns: Type, Date, Results, and Comments.

• Type.  The selected test code displays.
• Date.  The test date displays in mm/dd/yyyy format.
• Results.  The test results display.
• Comments.  Comments regarding the test display.

To open the Tests window, click on an Edit link or the plus button.
