Candidate Certifications

Details

Certifications list certifications and licenses. Certification items record professional certifications and licenses.

A list of the applicant's recorded certifications is provided on the Candidate Profile.

Only the applicant's professional certification details and licenses should be recorded on the Applicant Certifications Detail.

On the Applicant Certification Detail screen, record data about an applicant's professional certifications and qualifications, including the type of certification, certificate number, effective and expiration dates, the charter or region it was issued in, and whether the certification is from an organization accredited in the United States.

Summary of Certifications

If there are no certification for this individual, the following text displays: "You have no certifications defined." A plus button is available to add a certification.

Certifications display with the following columns: Type, Renews Every, Agency, Issued, and Expires.

• Type.  The certification code.
• Renews?  If the certification or license has a renewal schedule, the Renews indicator is set to "Yes."
• Every.  The frequency for how often renewal is required.
• Agency.  The certifying agency or organization that issued the certification.
• Issued.  The date that the certification or license was issued.
• Expires.  The date that the certification or license expires, if applicable.
