Skills list skills or proficiencies.

The Candidate Profile provides a list of the applicant's recorded skills. You can record or update skill records for applicants on the Applicant Skillswindow. Enter or review information about an applicant's professional skills. For each applicant with more than one Skill Code, enter an additional Applicant Skills record for each Skill Code.

Human Resources can use the skills to screen for applicants with specific skill sets. Skill codes can be used to locate applicants through an advanced applicant pre-screen.

If there are no skill records for this individual, the following text displays: "You have no skills defined." A plus button is available to add a skill record.

The following columns display: Type, Proficiency, and Years Experience.

To open the Skills window, click on the Edit link or the plus button.
