Questionnaire Types
Details
Questionnaire Types, also known as survey types, categorize questionnaires and to identify pre-defined system processes for the questionnaires. The required types are pre-defined based on the needed code names and actions.
Different questionnaire types power questionnaires for very different types of quizzes, tests, and more traditional surveys.
- For recruitment, the RECRUIT survey type is designed for all applicant-recruitment questionnaires, surveys, and assessments defined on the Questionnaires table. Through candidate self service, applicants can be asked to complete a questionnaire as part of the recruitment process. More specifically, the RECRUIT survey type defines the custom actions and stored procedures that power the application activity, including allowing knockouts, scoring, and questionnaire activity history for the "My Jobs" section. Questionnaire activity includes "Questionnaire started," "Questionnaire completed," and "Successfully met questionnaire requirements" history items.
- For Performance Management, the REVIEW survey type defines the custom actions and stored procedures that power review questionnaires that can be defined in Performance Management workflow processes.
- For Career Development, the TRAINEVAL survey type defines evaluations of the training, while the TRAINTEST type is for tests and quizzes.
