The Details Profiles screen allows you to quickly select the skills, certifications/licenses, and education parameters for a job opening (Requisition).
Add profiles as needed. Select the checkbox or boxes that correspond to the qualifications that you want your prospective employee(s) to have, and then save. This creates a professional profile without having to manually enter the data.
