Login roles are assigned on the Assign Roles window. From this one-page-access screen, optionally assign login roles to an employee by selecting the appropriate Login Roles for the employee's system-access.
An organization assigns the PAYROLL role to its payroll processors. To enable the processor to post a payroll, the indicator to enable processing also is manually selected on the Employee ESS Pin Detail record for the employee.
