Track employee job and assignment information.The Assignment tab within the Employee Master displays the position, job, and shift information for the employee. It also includes the review information.
For compliance reporting, define the employee's EEO Class Code and any union affiliation on the Assignment tab.
Worker's compensation classifications are stored on the Job Codes Table or on labor distributions.
To keep assignment records and enable multiple assignments, record changes to position and job information on Employee Position Details. Changes made on the Assignment tab don't update existing Employee Position Detail records. Manage multiple positions with FTE allocations and varying rates of pay.
