The pay entry grid enables batch, spreadsheet-like time entry of employee hours, compensation amounts, and deductions.

Hours, compensation amounts, and deduction amounts can be entered in a batch through the pay entry grid. Grid pay entry enables a payroll user to move through a series of pages to set up, enter, and finalize pay entry information for a payroll calendar and check code.
