Delete an Applicant

Recruiters also have the ability to delete applicants. Avoid deleting applicants whose records need to be kept to meet regulatory requirements regarding applicant record retention.

To delete an applicant, navigate directly to the Candidate Profile screen and click on the Delete link. Here's how.

  1. From the Recruitment menu, select Candidate Profile. The delete link is only available when the Candidate Profile is opened from the menu instead of from a pop-up link.
  2. Choose the applicant from the upper navigation bar.
  3. Click on the Delete link. This link is only accessible when this screen is accessed directly from the menu.
