Job types are used to group jobs for candidate self service.
For candidate self-service, to allow candidates to filter open jobs by job type, define job types, and select a job type on a Requisition code.
Current, active requisitions for Job codes that are marked to enable being posted, can then be filtered based on the candidate's selected job type.
