Employee HR Workflow

The Employee HR Workflow
tab provides a visual workflow map for employee data maintenance.
To open the Employee HR workflow, click on the Employee
HR tab on the sidebar.
Click on a workflow item to open its screen
or process.
- Employee
Onboard lets you pre-hire a new
employee and uses a notification template to send a pre-hire invitation
for self-service onboarding to the pre-hire.
- New
Hire lets you hire a new employee.
- Terminate
lets you terminate an employee or process a retirement.
- Employee
Master gives you a shortcut to the Time Master
where you can change address information and take shortcuts to employee
detail records.
- Absences
takes you to the Employee Absence Detail where you
can review absence records or manually record unpaid absences.
- Assets
takes you to the Employee Assets Detail where you
can assign and track assets, such as laptops or cell phones.
- Benefits
takes you to the Employee Benefits Detail where you
can enroll an employee in a benefit plan and coverage-level for that plan.
Be sure to send the information to the vendor regarding any new enrollments
or changes in enrollments. You can also see which benefits the employee
has or has had.
- Certifications
takes you to the Employee Certification and License Detail
where you can record and track certifications and licenses.
- Contacts
takes you to the Employee Contacts Detail where you
can define the name and contact information for employee's dependents,
beneficiaries, and emergency contacts.
- Disciplinary
takes you to the Employee Discipline Detail where
you can record discipline infractions and warnings.
- I-9
Data takes you to the Employee I-9 Detail
where you can record I-9 information to enable system I-9 reporting.
- Performance
Review takes you to the Employee Review Detail
where you can record and schedule employee performance reviews.
