Details

Applicants and candidates typically add themselves to the system by completing an online application through the Candidate Self Service portal. Others can be added through the Add New Candidate wizard.

To open the wizard to add a new applicant, go to the Recruitment menu, and choose the option to Add New Candidate.

Complete all required information and all available information. Click on Save.

After an applicant/candidate is added, the candidate can be associated with one or more requisitions from the "Find Prospects" screen.

Additional information can be added on the Candidate Profile.
