The candidate and requisition number populate at the top of the offer. \
- Offer Letter Approved. If an offer has been approved, then the Offer Letter Approved checkbox is selected. This is typically approved through the transaction approval process for an offer. If approval is required, any system notification for the offer will be delayed until the offer has been approved.
- Offer
Date (required). Enter
the date of the job offer.
- Offer Letter. Select the system notification for the offer.
- Payroll
Mode and Base Pay Amount. Select
the appropriate Payroll Mode and enter the
Base Pay Amount for the offer.
- RPL/Hiring Bonus Enter
any hiring bonus.The hiring bonus is for tracking purposes and needs to be entered
as part of pay entry to be paid to a new employee.
- Expiration Date (required). Enter
the date that the job offer expires.
- Expected Start Date. Enter
the date that the candidate is being asked to start work.
- Expected End Date. For a temporary assignment, enter the expected end date.
- Employment Type. Select the type of employment being offered.
- Benefit
Profile. Select
the benefit package that is part of the total employment package being
offered to a potential employee if a benefit package is being offered.
- Authorized By. Select
the authorizing supervisor who is responsible
for making the offer.
- Change Candidate Status. To update the candidates status, select a different status.
- Offer Notes. Enter
any notes about the offer.

If there are any other relevant approved offers, those display here.
Existing Open Offers For Other Requisitions
If the candidate has any other open offers for other requisitions in the organization, those display here.
Accept on Behalf of the Applicant
Buttons are provided to manage the offer. If a candidate responds outside the system, use the Manager Accept or Manager Decline options as needed. If an offer was recorded by mistake, a Manager Clear button is available to clear it.
Offer Response Information
When the applicant responds to the offer, the Applicant Offer
detail can be revisited and the Response Information section can be completed.
- Response
Code. When
the candidate responds, select the response code to indicate whether the offer was accepted, rejected, or is pending negotiations.
- Response Date. When
the candidate responds, select the response date.
