The Organizational Objective screen enables you to enter in codes that set clear objectives or goals for your employees. You can direct these goals to a specific department, location/branch, or company wide. Begin and end dates can be applied to the Organizational Objectives function and you can attach relevant materials to your objectives and view records.
Organizational Objectives is the foundation of the Performance Module. Once all of the required or desired fields in this screen are filled out, you will go on to other screens and create profiles that will utilize the data in Organizational Objectives.
