A performance profile is comprised of a Performance Profile code and one or more goals.
In Performance Profile you will create a profile specific to each department or job title, it's your choice. Each of these profiles can be unique, contain varying requirements, and be weighted differently. Employee's performance will be evaluated by the requirements of each goal and how it relates to the Organizational Objective.
