DetailsTalent Profiles focuses on the desired attributes of the individual employee.
In the Talent Profiles screen, you can use the five default competencies or use your own rating system. The table is completely customizable. Each category can be weighted differently allowing you to place extra value on a particular attribute. The Talent Profiles screen has a very flexible interface allowing you to keep a fluid talent profile for all of your employees should you find positions and their attributes differ from your initial concepts.
