Details: Performance Administration provides review summaries, review details, and a link to create reviews.
The Performance Administration screen displays all reports completed in the Performance Management module. You can conduct a filtered search to locate the desired report quickly and accurately with the filter option icon. If you wish to see a more detailed, itemized report, you can by clicking on Review Details which works with the filter option. You can also create a new employee review in this screen by clicking on "Create Employee Review Workflows."
