The Rating Profiles screen allows you to setup your preferred rating system for certain types of workflow items.
The default Rating Profile Code determines the scale for rating the categories, using a 1 through 5 system: 1 being the lowest score and 5 being the highest score. Setting up your own rating system allows you to use vocabulary unique to your organization allowing your employees to better understand their performance rating.
