Details: The Employee Reviews console provides access to create and manage employee reviews.
In the Employee Reviews screen you can conduct employee reviews based on the Profiles you created in Organizational Objectives, Performance Profile, and delegated by Review Workflow. Much like the Performance Administration screen, Employee Reviews also display conducted employee reviews. There are three tabs you can click on:
1. Employees
2. Active Reviews
3. Review History
Each of these tabs reviews the filter icon to open the desired employee review.
